“Well sorry” she smirked. “I’m not that tall.. Just need to… Ya know, stand my ground. Try to match you eye to eye..” She had heard from her dad that the number one way to indimidate people was to look in their eyes, but being only fourteen, she had to typically get on the tips of her toes to do so. Allison winked at him, smiling. “Not all of us can be tall.”“Hilarious..” She rolled her eyes, giggling. She was glad that she had mey someone optomistic, who could make a joke even in this situation. She was his opposite, the two black and white. She stood on her tip toes to look into his eyes. “I’m sure you are.” She stuck out her tounge to match his, then sank back onto her heels.He kissed her hand softly, and she felt as if her face was on fire. Her fingers brushed his, and she smiled softly. Their foreheads touched, sending a soft, tingling shock through her body. “I.. Me too..” She was suprised that Josh had feelings for her, that he would like her at all. Allison decided to be brave, for once in her life, and pressed her lips to his. She closed her eyes, not entirely wanting to see his reaction, and she squeezed his hand tighter.
Josh was glad someone appreciated his sense of humor. It was great to see her laugh and giggle. You could tell that they were both very comfortable with each other. “ Hehe I think its cute how you have to get on your tip toes to stick your tongue out at me ” he said with a smile.
Josh had noticed the blush on Allison’s face as soon as he kissed her hand. What came next Josh didn’t expect. They were in the moment and if it wasn’t obvious already they have feelings for each other. For a brief moment they stared into each others eyes. Catching each others gaze and gently smiling back. Josh was about to make the first move and kiss her, but her beat her to the punch. As their lips touched Josh felt her heart beat at a very fast pace. She let go of the kiss and looked away not wanting to see how Josh reacted. He smiled and said ” look at me” in a gentle tone. Their eyes locked again as they started moving closer to each other. Josh gently wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her.
Her heart hit so hard in her chest that she was pretty sure the whole arena could hear it. His voice brought her head back up to look at him. Allison wanted to grin when he kissed her again, but couldn’t. She simply returned the kiss, lacing her arms around his neck. Josh curled his arms around her waist, and she pressed her body closer to his. She hoped she was doing everything right, she didn’t want to risk showing that she had no experience with this kind of stuff. Josh didn’t know that he was her first kiss, and when she was reaped, definitely wasn’t planning on enading up kissing a boy in a cave illuminated by moonlight.
